Cancellation Policy:

We know plans can change. so we've designed an industry leading cancellation policy that's flexible for our customers & supports our drivers. We respect your time & your driver's time too- so we will not charge cancellation fees unless your driver has been assigned.

-Before pick up time fees:

More than 6 Hours: No Fee

Less than 6 Hours: Full Base Fare

-After pick up time fee:

Full Base Fare.

No Show Policy:

**NO SHOW will be charge full amount of the trip.

Flights can be especially unpredictable. We ask for your flight information to track your flight & help you avoid wait time fees. When your flight has arrived. We will attempt to contact you several times. If we haven't heard from you (No Show) We will cancel your ride (For Airport Pick up) 60 Minutes after your flight arrival time or (Address pick up) 20 Minutes After your scheduled pick up time from Residential/Business Address/Hotel. If you need to extend the wait time, No Problem - Just give us a call.
